2.  2003-04 BCPUD Budget Process

      The Finance Committee meets in open session to continue work on the draft budget
       proposal for fiscal 2003-04.  The fiscal year begins July 1, 2003.  The Public Hearing
      on the budget is scheduled for June 18, 2003, followed by adoption at the regular
      Board of Directors meeting July 16.
