Directors Amoroso, Kimball, Siedman and Smith present; director Bender absent.  Director Siedman presiding.

3.    Closed Session:  CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED  LITIGATION Gov. Code Section 54956.9(b)(1)

    The Board adjourned in closed session to confer with legal counsel.

4.  Report from Closed Session

The Board authorized the General Manager to work with the district’s legal counsel to retain a consultant to review and evaluate the Geosyntec report that was prepared on behalf of Tobin and Ashley Whamond.
