Four candidates for 3 positions as Member, Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District (Incumbents Joan Bertsch, Jack McClellan and Jack Siedman; Challenger Cabe Silverhame) will each have an opportunity to make a 3 minute opening statement, followed by a Question & Answer period, and, then, an opportunity for each candidate to make a 1 minute closing statement.

4.  Community Expression

An opportunity for those in attendance to raise issues not on the agenda.  At its discretion,
the Board of Directors may waive the rule that speakers are limited to 3 minutes each.
