Supports Irrigation of Play Fields At Mesa Park; Rescinds Resolution No. 418

WHEREAS, the Bolinas Community Public Utility District is a Public Utility District authorized to supply irrigation water to customers; and,

WHEREAS, the Bolinas Community Public Utility District has available to it a source of water that meets state standards for irrigation water, as demonstrated to Bolinas Community Public Utility District's satisfaction.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District as follows:

BOLINAS COMMUNITY PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT will supply non-potable irrigation water to MESA PARK for irrigation of play fields at Mesa Park.

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District this 23rd Day of March, 1999, by the following vote:

AYES: Amoroso, Bertsch, McClellan, Pfeiffer, Siedman
