States District's Appropriations Limit for Fiscal 1999-00

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BOLINAS COMMUNITY PUBLIC DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Board of Directors hereby states that the Bolinas Community Public Utility District's appropriations limit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000 is $109,746.94.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utilty District this 18th day of August, 1999, by the following vote:

AYES: Amoroso, Bertsch, McClellan, Pfeiffer, Siedman
