Resolution No. 439
Amends Resolution No. 258, to eliminate the requirement that reinstatement of a water meter determined to have been abandoned must be made within a certain time period

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BOLINAS COMMUNITY PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:

Resolution No. 258, amending Resolution No. 248, is hereby amended to delete section (12), which reads "An application for re-instatement must be made within two years of the original determination of abandonment." With this amendment, there is no longer any time restriction on full reinstatement of a formerly abandoned water meter, upon payment of all past due fees, charges, penalties and interest.
