BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the BOLINAS COMMUNITY PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT as follows:

Resolutions No. 258, amending Resolution No. 248, and 439, amending Resolution No. 258 are hereby amended to change all of uses of the term "Water Meter Abandonment" to "Water Meter Suspension". By this action the Board of Directors makes explicit that a water service connection, which has become inactive through termination of service for failure to pay fees, charges and assessments levied on that connection, does not cease to exist but may be reactivated from its suspended state by payment of all past due fees, charges and assessments, with any interest which may have accrued thereto, plus payment of a penalty charge of $2,000 as set forth in Resolution 258.
