Ratifies October 22, 1999 Agreement Between Richard E.V. Harris and Bolinas Community Public Utility District

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Bolinas Community Public Utility District as follows:

The agreement entered into by Richard E.V. Harris and Bolinas Community Public Utility District on October 22, 1999, whereby Richard E.V. Harris assumed Bolinas Community Public Utility District's financial liability to Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP, for expenses incurred in connection with the Lockary v. Kayfetz, Gilbert v. BCPUD and BCPUD v. INA lawsuits, is hereby ratified.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 1999, by the following vote of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District Board of Directors:

AYES: Amoroso, Pfeiffer, Siedman

NOES: Bertsch

ABSTAIN: McClellan

ABSENT: None
