BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District as follows:

 1.  The Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District hereby adopts the Driver Record Review Criteria as shown in Attachment A to this resolution.

 2.  The Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District hereby instructs the District Manager to distribute a copy of the Driver Record Review Criteria to all employees of the District and to inform the ACWA Joint Powers Insurance Authority of this action.

 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District this 21st day of June, 2000, by the following vote:
