Approves The 2000-01 District Budget

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public

Utility District to pass and adopt the 2000-01 District operating budget as it appears in

attachment A to this resolution.

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted

by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District this 19th

day of July, 2000, by the following vote:

AYES: Amoroso, Bertsch, Kayfetz, McClellan, Siedman
