States District's Appropriations Limit for Fiscal 2000-01

 BE IT RESOLVED  by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community
 Public Utility District as follows:

 1.   The Board of Directors hereby states that the Bolinas
 Community Public Utility District's appropriations limit for
 the fiscal year ending June 30, 2001 is $116,758.89.

 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community

Public Utilty District this 16th day of August, 2000, by the following vote:
 

AYES:  Amoroso, Bertsch, McClellan

NOES:  None

ABSTAIN:  None

ABSENT:  Kayfetz, Siedman
