Resolution No. 452

Awards Contract for Repair of Steel Storage Tank ___________________________________________________________________

 BE IT RESOLVED  by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community
Public Utility District as follows:

 1.  The Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District
                  hereby finds that the best and lowest bidder for surface preparation and
                  interior/exterior recoating of the welded steel water storage tank at 300
                  Mesa Road ("west tank") is Quality Painting and Maintenance, Ray Warner,
                  General Partner, Reno, Nevada.

 2.   Based on the recommendations of its Manager, and its consultant, D.B.
                  Gaya Co., of Sebastopol, California, the Board of Directors of the Bolinas
                  Community Public Utility District hereby awards the contract for the Water
                  Storage Tank Repair Project, pursuant to the contract documents and
                  specifications for said project, to Quality Painting and Maintenance, in the
                  amount of $61,000.

 3.   The Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District hereby
                   authorizes the BCPUD Manager to execute all contract documents,
                   and, pursuant to the satisfactory provision by the contractor of all requisite
                   bonds, certificates and agreements, to issue the Notice to Proceed.
 
  IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District this 16th day of  August, 2000, by the following vote:
