BE IT RESOLVED  by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community
Public Utility District as follows:

1.   The Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District  hereby finds that the best and lowest bidder for installation of Cathodic protection of the welded steel water storage tank at 300 Mesa Road ("east tank") is American Construction & Supply, Inc., 1038 Redwood Highway, Mill Valley, California.

 2.   Based on the recommendations of its Manager, and its consultant, Villalobos & Associates of Oakland, California, the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District hereby awards the contract for the Water Storage Tank Repair Project, pursuant to the contract documents and specifications for said project, to American Construction & Supply, Inc. in the amount of $11,805.

 3.   The Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District hereby authorizes the BCPUD Manager to execute all contract document, and, pursuant to the satisfactory provision by the contractor of all requisite bonds, certificates and agreements, to issue the Notice to Proceed.

  IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District this 20th day of December, 2000, by the following vote:
