BE IT RESOLVED  by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community
Public Utility District as follows:

Based on the final inspection by BCPUD staff and the project consultant, and on the final report of the project consultant, the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District hereby accepts completion of the Water Storage Tank (West) Repair Project .

 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District this 20th day of December, 2000, by the following vote:
