Designates Authorized Agent To Execute Agreement For Department of
Fish and Game Riparian Restoration Project Grant
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community
Public Utility District that District Manager Philip Buchanan is hereby
designated by Bolinas Community Public Utility District, a public entity
established under the laws of the State of California, as the authorized
agent for purposes of executing an agreement for a Department of Fish and
Game Riparian Restoration Project Grant (Agreement No. P0030440).
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced
and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility
District this 30th day of May, 2001, by the following vote:
