States District's Appropriations Limit for Fiscal 2001-02

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community

Public Utility District as follows:

1. The Board of Directors hereby states that the Bolinas

Community Public Utility District's appropriations limit for

the fiscal year ending June 30, 2002 is $119,039.10.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community

Public Utilty District this 22^nd day of August, 2001, by the following vote:

AYES: Amoroso, Bertsch, Kayfetz, McClellan, Siedman
