Accepts Offer To Dedicate Public Recreational Easement

WHEREAS, the California Constitution guarantees the public the right of access to State waters, which includes the ocean; and,

WHEREAS, the California Coastal Commission has requested Bolinas Community Public Utility District ("BCPUD"), a Special District of the State of California, to accept an Offer To Dedicate public access easement 205-80E (Welsh) and,

WHEREAS, the Association of California Water Agencies Joint Powers Insurance Authority, of which authority BCPUD is a member and under which authority BCPUD obtains its general liability insurance, by action of its Executive Committee has previously approved BCPUD's request for an extension of liability coverage to public access easements; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community

Public Utility District to accept this Offer To Dedicate public access easement

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District this 22nd day of August, 2001, by the following vote:
