    WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District, Director Paul Kayfetz was acting as a party when he filed the Verified Statement of Disqualification on behalf of Bolinas Community Public Utility District on February 13, 2003, in Marin County Superior Court, No. CV - 001230;

    NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District that the filing of said Verified Statement of Disqualification is hereby ratified.

    IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District this 19th day of February, 2003, by the following vote:
