Adopts A Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact For The Proposed Waste
Water Reclamation Project

WHEREAS, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality
Act, Bolinas
Community Public Utility District completed an Initial Study as a step in
the planning
process for the Waste Water Reclamation Project; and
WHEREAS the Initial Study was distributed to any and
all concerned agencies,
including the State Clearinghouse and the Regional Water Quality Control
Board; and
WHEREAS a Notice of Availability of Initial Study and
Notice of Intent to Adopt
Negative Declaration, citing a 30 day public review period, the location
of relevant
documents, the intent to hold a further public hearing, the date and time
of said
hearing and a telephone number for further information was published pursuant
to
requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act in an adjudicated
newspaper
of general circulation; and
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas
Community Public
Utility District to adopt a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact
for the
proposed Waste Water Reclamation Project as described in the Initial Study
dated May 12,
2004.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas
Community
Public Utility District this 16th day of June, 2004, by the following vote:
