BOLINAS COMMUNITY PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
Resolution No. 531
Accepts Offers to Dedicate Public Recreational Easements
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility
District (“BCPUD”) as follows:
WHEREAS, the California Constitution guarantees the public
the right of access to State waters, which includes the ocean; and,
WHEREAS, the California Coastal Commission has requested
that the Bolinas Community Public Utility District ("BCPUD"), a Special District
of the State of California, accept the following Offers To Dedicate public
access easements recorded by: Castaldi; Estreito; Il Faro di Bolinas; Lazarus;
Morgenstein; Murray; Terra Financial, Inc.; Trust for Public Land; and, Wayburn
pursuant to coastal development permit # 2-83-24; and,
WHEREAS, the Association of California Water Agencies
Joint Powers Insurance Authority, of which authority BCPUD is a member and
under which authority BCPUD obtains its general liability insurance, by action
of its Executive Committee previously has approved BCPUD's request for an
extension of liability coverage to public access easements; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas
Community Public Utility District to accept these nine Offers To Dedicate
public access easements recorded by Castaldi; Estreito; Il Faro di Bolinas;
Lazarus; Morgenstein; Murray; Terra Financial, Inc.; Trust for Public Land;
and Wayburn.

of Directors on
