    BE IT RESOLVED  by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community

Public Utility District as follows:

1.    The Board of Directors hereby states that the Bolinas Community Public Utility District's appropriations limit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008 is $157,758.18.

    PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community

Public Utilty District this 15th day of August, 2007 by the following vote:
