               BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District (“BCPUD”) as follows:

To grant permission to BCPUD Director Jack McClellan to be absent from the district for purposes of personal business, for the period January 21, 2008 through May 9, 2008.

    PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors on
this 20th day of  February, 2008.
