 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District (“BCPUD”) as follows:

To grant permission to BCPUD Director Jack McClellan to be absent from the district for purposes of personal business, for the period February 1, 2009 through June 1. 2009.

    PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors on
this 21st day of  January, 2009.
