Accepting Completion of the Photovoltaic Generation Systems for the BCPUD Water Treatment Plant at 400 Mesa Raod and the BCPUD Wastewater Treatment Facilty at 101 Mesa Road.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District as follows:

Based on the final inspection by BCPUD staff and the solar engineer, and on the final report of staff and the engineer, the Board of Directors hereby accepts completion of the 66 kWDC ground-mounted, grid-connected photovoltaic generation system for the BCPUD Water Treatment Plant at 400 Mesa Road and the 27 kWDC ground-mounted, grid-connected photovoltaic generation system for the BCPUD Wastewater Treatment Facilities at 101 Mesa Road, both in Bolinas.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Directors authorizes the General Manager to sign and record a Notice of Completion and make final payment to the project contractor SPG Solar, Inc.

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District this 22nd day of April, 2009, by the following vote:

AYES:    Amoroso, Kimball, Siedman, Smith

NOES:  None

ABSTAIN: None
