Adopting a Corporate Resolution Certificate Authorizing the Bolinas Community Public Utility District to Conduct Banking Activities with the Bank of Marin.

    BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District (“BCPUD”) to adopt the Corporate Resolution Certificate attached hereto as Exhibit A, authorizing the BCPUD to conduct banking activities with the Bank of Marin.
 
    IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District at a regular meeting held this 19th day of August 2009, by the following vote:


AYES:    Amoroso, Kimball, Smith, McClellan

NOES:  None

ABSTAIN: None
