  BE IT RESOLVED  by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District as follows:

1.    The Board of Directors hereby states that the Bolinas Community Public Utility District's appropriations limit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 is $168,139.72.

    PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utilty District this 19th day of August, 2009 by the following vote:



AYES:    Amoroso, Kimball, Smith, McClellan

NOES:  None

ABSTAIN: None
