Accepting Completion of the Mesa Road Pressure Reducing Valve Station Reconstruction Project

     BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District as follows:

        Based on the final inspection by and final report of BCPUD staff, the Board of Directors hereby accepts completion of the Mesa Road Pressure Reducing Valve Station Reconstruction Project located at the intersection of Mesa and Olema-Bolinas Roads in Bolinas, California.

     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Directors authorizes the General Manager to sign and record a Notice of Completion and make final payment to the project contractor, Piazza Construction.

    IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Xommunity Public Utility District this 17th day of March, 2010, by the following vote:
