 Resolution No. 589

Removing Former Director Jack McClellan as a Signatory on Behalf of the District with the Bank of Marin and Authorizing Director Kimberly Bender as a Signatory on Behalf of the District with the Bank of Marin.

WHEREAS, former director Jack McClellan retired from the Bolinas Communty Public Utility District (“BCPUD”)’s Board of Directors effective December 2009.
WHEREAS, director Kimberly Bender was duly elected as a member of the BCPUD’s Board of Directors effective December 2009.
WHEREAS, pursuant to BCPUD Resolution 582, the BCPUD is authorized to conduct banking activities with the Bank of Marin.
WHEREAS, it is desirable for the administration of the BCPUD that all current members of the Board of Directors are authorized signatories on behalf of the district with the Bank of Marin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the BCPUD that former director Jack McClellan is hereby removed as a signatory on behalf of the BCPUD with the Bank of Marin and director Kimberly Bender is hereby authorized as a signatory on behalf of the district with the Bank of Marin. 

 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District at a regular meeting held this 21st day of April 2010, by the following vote:
