BOLINAS STINSON RESOURCE RECOVERY PROJECT UPDATE:
The Bolinas-Stinson Resource Recovery Project recently changed our hours of operation. The new hours of operation are the following:
Monday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday-Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm
CLOSED TUESDAY and SUNDAY
(Please do not request access to the site when they are closed)
Please note that the site may also be closed at other times due to inclement weather.
INCREASE IN TIPPING FEES
The last time that the Bolinas-Stinson Resource Recovery Project raised the cost of our tipping fees was in 2011. Due to the rising costs of doing business over the past 14 years, the project will increase our tipping fees from a base rate of $20.00 per cubic yard to $30.00 per cubic yard, beginning March 1, 2025.
New Rates Beginning on March 1, 2025:
GREENWASTE
Greenwaste up to 2” diameter x 4’ length $30.00 per cubic yard
Greenwaste to be chipped – 2” x 5’ $30.00 per cubic yard
Uncut material over 5” in diameter $15.00 – $45.00 Each
(uncut Eucalyptus NOT accepted)
ROUNDS
Pine & Cypress up to 15” diameter $45.00 per cubic yard
Eucalyptus & Oak up to 12” diameter $60.00 per cubic yard
Any Round over 12” diameter $75.00 per ½ cubic yard
Prices may vary, depending on size and type of material.
WOODCHIP DROP-OFF FEES
$15.00 per cubic yard. CLEAN CHIPS ONLY! All chips with rounds, logs, or branches included will be charged extra!
WE DO NOT ACCEPT
Palm Trunk/Leaves, Fibrous Trunks, Flax Roots, Banana Trunks, Mattress Vine, Bamboo, Dirt, Fence Posts or Lumber. Absolutely NO Garbage!
