Note: There are minimal fees associated with online bill payment (see below). These fees are built in to our database and BCPUD cannot change or eliminate them. Consider pre-payment to consolidate fee payment (for example, paying $20-30 on a $6 water bill to cover future charges). If you wish to continue payment by check or cash, you are welcome to do so. However, the BCPUD staff would like to encourage our customers with internet access to sign up for paperless billing. Registering for online billing services will enable you to receive an automated email notification when you have a new bill, decreasing the administrative work of the BCPUD staff as well as limiting our paper consumption.
