Backhoe for Sale
The BCPUD is accepting sealed bids for its 1983 Case backhoe. The backhoe is parked inside the district’s maintenance yard next to the office building, located at 270 Elm Road, Bolinas, CA 94924. Bids should be submitted to the BCPUD office on or before Friday, January 30, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
The minimum bid is $1. A cashier’s check in the amount of the bid must be submitted along with the sealed bid. The BCPUD is selling this vehicle AS IS.
Bids will be publicly examined and opened at noon on Friday, January 30, 2026. BCPUD will sell the backhoe to the highest respective bidder complying with these instructions, provided the bid is reasonable and it is in the best interest of the BCPUD to accept it. The BCPUD reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any and all bids. The BCPUD will return the cashier’s checks of all unsuccessful bidders.
Loader for Sale
The BCPUD is accepting sealed bids for its 1996 Komatsu loader. The loader is parked at Resource Recovery, located at 25 Olema Bolinas Road, Bolinas, CA 94924. Bids should be submitted to the BCPUD office on or before Friday, January 30, 2026, at 12:00 noon. The loader must be relocated by February 25, 2026.
