In light of the ongoing novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the BCPUD is maintaining the following protocols:

BCPUD Board and Board Committee Meetings Will Continue To Be Held Via Teleconference.

The BCPUD Board and its standing Board committees will meet to conduct essential district business in accordance with the Brown Act as currently in effect under the State Emergency Services Act, the Governor’s Emergency Declaration related to COVID-19, and the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 issued on March 17, 2020, that allows attendance by members of the Board, district staff and the public to participate and conduct such meetings by teleconference. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the BCPUD Board is June 17, 2020 beginning at 7:30 p.m. Upcoming notices of BCPUD Board meetings (and/or Board Committee meetings) will include specific information about how the public can participate in these meetings via teleconference.

BCPUD Offices Are Open to the Public By Appointment Only beginning June 15, 2020.

Effective June 15, 2020, the BCPUD office will be open to the public by appointment only; please call the district during regular business hours at (415) 868-1224 to schedule an appointment. Walk-in service is discouraged but will be accommodated if possible. Safety protocols such as physical distancing and face coverings are required for all persons entering the BCPUD offices.
